This Dosa contains a variety of ingredients and is very tasty, in fact lip smacking.

Take 3 cups of Rice (uncooked), 1 cup of Urad Dal ( Urad bean) and make 1 cup from Moong/Mung Dal(Mung bean), Toor Dal(yellow Pigeon peas), Chana Dal(split Chikpeas without seedcoat) and Sabudana(Sago). Wash all the ingredients and soak them for 10-12 hours. 1/2 an hour before grinding the above batter add a fistful of rice flakes to the vessel. Drain all the old water out and wash the ingredients once so that you can get rid of the foul smell. Make a fine batter and add 2 spoons of Bombay rava. Allow it to ferment. Add 1 spoon sugar to get the golden colour, salt to taste and water to get the right consistency while making dosas the next morning. Enjoy the yummy dosasalong with chutney and sambhar.
